I've lived in my house for almost 5 years and my carpets had never been replaced so they weren't looking the best. Previously I paid for another company to come and do my stair carpet not once did he ask for clean water his machine was filthy outside before he even started I should of clicked as soon as he got it out his van he said he was doing 5 point clean never asked for clean water So I just let him get on with it. 10 mins to clean landing and stair carpet. I didn't say anything as I was to embarrassed. Paid never even got a thank you. Cut a long story short. My carpet was soaking wet for days and smelt like the sewer as they where drying out. Once they where dried the carpets looked worse than they was to start with. I put it down bad experience never again will i use that company ever again.
I messaged Floorless nothing was any trouble very friendly spent 1 hour cleaning and wow just wow what a difference if you want a 5 star clean use this company you certainly won't be ripped off. I will be recommending use and I will certainly use this company again.
Floorless was very professional and did a really good job, especially with 2 toddlers my carpets get messy very quickly and he managed to come sort them very quickly, I've even had him back and will definitely be having him again in the future, highly recommend!
